Texas BBQ Steak with Avocado Wasabi Dip



We have grilled beef chuck roast with a blend of 6 spices and 4 herbs. Wasabilly is our original sauce, combining wasabi stems, soy milk, and mayonnaise.

Angus beef steak to be enjoyed with a dipping sauce.

Texas BBQ Steak with Avocado Wasabi Dip

Ingredients (4 servings):

Angus beef chuck roast: 180g
Small potatoes: 30g
Green beans: 2 pieces
Red onion: 20g
Texas spice blend: 6g
Avocado: 1/2
Wasabili (Wasabi sauce): 40g


  1. Rub Texas spice into Angus beef, place it in a pan with oil, and cook both sides until golden brown.
  2. Once both sides are nicely colored, wrap it in aluminum foil and let it cook through with residual heat.
  3. Boil small potatoes in advance.
  4. Add green beans, red onion (julienned), and halved small potatoes to the pan from step 1), and cook.
  5. Finely chop the avocado with a knife, mix it with Wasabilly, and create a dipping sauce.
  6. Cut the Angus beef into bite-sized pieces and return them to the pan from step 1)
  7. Once you place the dipping sauce and the pan from step 6) on a cutting board, it is complete.
