Tomato and Mozzarella Caprese with Japanese-style Wasabi Sauce
120 grams mozzarella cheese
80 grams salt
(B) Japanese-style wasabi sauce
2 tablespoons SEASONED CHOPPED WASABI
3 teaspoons soy sauce
White sesame seeds (to taste)
(1) Thinly slice the tomatoes and mozzarella cheese.
(2) Place (1) on a plate, and sprinkle with salt.
(B)Add the SEASONED CHOPPED WASABI and white sesame seeds to the soy sauce and mix well.
Pour the sauce (B) over (A) and voila!
You can increase or decrease the amount of wasabi in the sauce to your liking.
You can also add SEASONED CHOPPED WASABI directly to the Caprese if you want more wasabi flavor.
